11:00 – Daoyin with qualified instructor Maz Norouzy from Central Tai Chi.

Daoyin is an ancient Chinese health practice that’s much older than Tai Chi which improves circulation and increases energy levels by way of simple repetitive movements inspired by nature and informed by Chinese medical theory. The movements which we’ll be exploring will be suitable for complete beginners and students are welcome to adjust movements to suit their own needs and abilities.

12:00 – Meditation with practitioner Corinne Cooke

In this gentle, restorative session, Corinne guides you through calming breathwork and a deeply relaxing guided meditation inspired by Yoga Nidra. Designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself, this session offers a space for rest, reflection, and inner balance. Suitable for all abilities, this is an opportunity to pause, reset, and leave feeling grounded, calm, and renewed.

13:00 – Circle of Friends with practitioner Susan Salmon

Circle of Friends is a friendly, welcoming group where people come together to talk, listen, and connect with one another. Whether you want to share your thoughts, gain perspective, or just enjoy the company of others with coffee and refreshments, this is a space where everyone is heard and valued.

Alongside open conversation and peer support, we also offer gentle creative activities as a way to relax, express yourself, and explore mindfulness through art.
